The Light Reds - Intimacy (Loving yourself and others)

Light Reds

Text from the Padmasambhava Association:

"The Light Reds is a new blossoming in the development of Tibetan Pulsing Yoga. We like to call it the ‘Tibetan Primal Group,’ because in this process we move back to the experience of the first four years in our life and the primary development of our senses during this period.

"Our sensitivity of touch is rooted in the first year, the sense of vision is refined in the second year, the sense of smell in the third and our hearing most specifically developed in the fourth year of our childhood. The sense of taste is mainly imprinted during the time of nursing.

"The reawakening of our senses is helping us to enter into intimacy with our beloveds and to come in close contact with as many people as we wish."

The Light Reds consist of the following four group processes:

- Testes/Ovaries

- Hara

- Heart

- Small Intestine
