The Light Sparkles - Take It Easy - Flexibility and Trust (The Spinal Base)

Light Spinal Base

Text from the Padmasambhava Association:

"The tension we hold around the eyes has a strong influence on our relations. We cannot trust any more the people we love most. We start being prisoners of our own suspicions. Whatever is our problem, we see in others.

"Releasing the tensions from the muscles around the eyes improves our sight and relaxes the eyes from daily computer/work stress. Freeing the tensions from the bone structures around the eyes allows our heart to fall into trust again and allow our spine to flow with the flexibility of a cat. Instead of mistrust and the fear of failure, our humour and our inner genius come forth again. We see the world with other eyes, when we trust in ourselves."
