The Light Yellows - Cool Fire - Awakening of the Kundalini (The Spleen)
"The Spleen is the organ in the body which brings us excitement. It ignites our internal fire and keeps the flame for our daily activities alive. Without the spleen, life would be incredibly boring.
The kidneys have a cooling, refreshing effect on our system. They take care of the receptive, feminine qualities in our being. They purify our emotions and help us to see things with inner clarity.
When the energy of these two opposite organs vibrate in harmony, we experience the internal balance of our life energy, the 'kundalini.' Kundalini is our bio-electrical vital force, which rises up the spine in two waves. They are symbolised in mythology as the two snakes: the Ida and the Pingalla, fire and ice. A fiery and a cool energy-stream, which meet at the level of the 3rd eye, unifying our perception.
We release the energy of the kundalini by dissolving various energy blockages held in place through emotional attachments. Freed from its captivity, the kundalini will become available for a clear perception of reality... ...
the emotional detachment of the third eye."
